The programme is delivered entirely by telehealth. There is no clinic to attend. Barry works with you directly, by video or phone, wherever you are. Your formulations, protocol document, nutrition framework, supplement guidance, monthly consultation, and ongoing advisory access are all covered by one fee.
The programme is built on five pillars. Pillars one, two, three, and five are included. Pillar four, Spiritual Light and Energy, is optional and is arranged and paid directly with your practitioner. Section four explains it.
The ECS does not respond overnight. It is a receptor system, and it takes time and consistent adherence. Everything below is included in your programme fee. Costs that sit outside it are set out in sections three and four.
ECS Suppository Formulation
Formulated around your individual profile. Rectal delivery avoids much of the first-pass liver metabolism that reduces absorption when cannabinoids are swallowed. Resupplied every three months. Barry covers the rationale and practical use at intake.
Sublingual Tincture
Broad-spectrum phytocannabinoid tincture, formulated to support the ECS. Resupplied every three months.

Programmes begin at three months, with a meaningful saving for those who choose to commit to a longer journey upfront.
The minimum is three months, and that is not arbitrary. The Endocannabinoid System is not a switch that flips. It is a receptor system that has, in many cases, been under strain for years, and replenishing it takes time. Three months is a fair trial. At that point you and Barry review where you are and decide what comes next.
For long-standing or complex health goals, programmes often run six, nine, or twelve months. The longer options are priced to make that easier. Choosing one upfront reduces the per-month cost and removes the need to renew.

The formulations are identical. What you do not get is the personalisation. Nothing is tailored to your own health and wellness, and nothing is adjusted as your body responds.

- Third-party supplements suggested in your protocol, bought directly by you. Any supplier named in your documentation is a suggestion only. If you prefer your own supplements, or your own supplier, that is entirely fine and it does not affect your programme.

- Costs of existing medical investigations, treatments, or prescribed medications
- Pillar four sessions, arranged with and paid directly to your practitioner. See section four.

An optional pillar, arranged directly with your healer.
Pillar four addresses the energetic and emotional dimensions of wellbeing through Reiki and spiritual healing, one to one with a certified practitioner. Sessions are by distance, so there is no travel.
It is entirely optional. If you want it, Barry introduces you to your practitioner at the right point in your protocol. Booking and payment are handled directly between you and them, outside your programme fee.

From first conversation to active protocol.
Every programme follows the same path from intake to active protocol. Here is exactly what happens and when.
The practical terms, in plain language.
- Formulations are non-returnable. Once purchased and dispatched they cannot be returned or refunded, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Prepaid programmes. If you stop a prepaid programme, the personalisation you have not yet used, your remaining consultations, protocol development, and advisory time, is refundable. Formulations already supplied are not. Notice by email to [email protected].
- Over 18s only. Formulations are sold to adults aged 18 or over.
- Shipping. We ship within the United States and internationally. You are responsible for your own country's import rules, and some destinations cannot be served. Postage is quoted at cost.
- Hemp and THC. The formulations are hemp-derived and broad-spectrum, containing no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Some states and countries restrict cannabinoid products. Please check before ordering.
